Gaga is most likely the executive producer or co-producer of the OST and invited artists to sing on the album and work with the producers. Gaga may have cared about it back in the day, but I'm sure it's all water under the bridge to her now. Madonna's an icon and, whether you like it or not, is still heavily influential to Gaga's work.
