Billboard has randomly posted an article about Gaga x Madonna’s rivalry and reconciliation timeline WITH a rumour of a collab in the article towards the end. They wouldn’t randomly just do this I think, so I think it’s safe to say it’s coming.

Off topic, but if she's actually releasing an EP related to the film, it will be interesting to see how many tracks it would have and its full length. Mostly because if it has more tracks than The Fame Monster and/or more length, it would be hard to keep up the narrative of it being her second studio album.
