Why is Israel still a US "Ally". Genuinely asking

 

Trump keeps smeering NATO for not getting helping more in wars (that the US starts without justification) but then helps Israel who literally drags the US into conflicts that make no sense for the US to even involve itself in (both tactically and morally)

For a long time, the US viewed Israel as a useful proxy in the Middle East and it hasn’t been until relatively recently that Israel has started acting like a total rogue state, dragging the US into unwanted conflict, working against US interests etc. At this point, the only reason why the US allied itself with Israel in this sprawling, losing regional war has to be that Israel owns Trump (via AIPAC funding and Mossad/Epstein kompromat). Any sane person would cut off Israel atp (and should have a long time ago).

When will people understand that israel being allied with the usa and europe isn't just a coincidence and that they literally planted them in our region to do exactly what they are doing now and have been doing since the start.

I mean, yes and no. Obviously the US would love military and economic hegemony over the Middle East, but the way Israel is doing it right now is 100% against US interests because of the damage it’s doing to the global economy with no clear victory or payoff in sight.

I've been thinking for a while that the life of muslim people is in danger. The rise of neonazis over the years is quite concerning, and their goal this time is to hurt muslims. There has been crazy anti muslim propaganda all over the world in the last years... And now they start killing them. It started with with Palestine and continues with Iran, Lebanon, and slowly it will spread to many other muslim countries. Call me a crazy conspiracy theorist if you want, idc.

Fortunately, it's no longer the case that defending Israel is a popular idea in the US.

That's what prevented people like Biden from fully saying "nah, f*ck off, y'all are crazy". The political blowback for ditching Israel would have been hell.

But now? People on the left hate Israel for being a genocidal skidmark of a nation and people on the right hate Israel for dragging us into yet another forever war that's destabilized the world.

Whoever becomes president in 2029 will be primed to finally weaken the ties between the two countries and allow Israel to fully face the consequences of their own actions.

Maybe without US taxpayers dying in debt to protect them the Israeli people will wake tf up and ditch the leaders that keep creating terrorists everywhere. Either that, or the nation will be weakened to the point that they're no longer a threat.

Either way, it's a bed they've made and I say we let them lie in it tbh.
