Having seen them both on stage and screen, LuPone is the stronger actor but I enjoy watching Bette more.

Somewhat relative coursework for whoever's interested 

The Patti one is kinda dated but is sufficient enough 

OT I tend to like Bette's characters more but that's because I enjoy the loud chain-smoking broad archetype but I do think LuPone is the better actress but at the end of the day very wildly different types of entertainers
