LateToCult 41,933
An Emerson College Polling survey released Thursday showed Platner leading Mills by about 27 points in the Senate Democratic contest, with Platner receiving 55 percent support while the Maine governor received 28 percent. A separate 17 percent said “someone else” or were undecided. … The poll also found that Platner held a slightly larger lead over Collins when Emerson College Polling gamed out two hypothetical match-ups between the Democratic candidates and the GOP senator. Platner received 48 percent while Collins received 41 percent, and a separate 12 percent said “someone else” or were unsure. https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/5801426-platner-holds-commanding-lead-over-mills-in-maine-senate-race-poll/amp/
PartySick 172,972
It is beyond time for Collins to go. I think Maine and North Carolina are the most likely pickups for the Dems this year but I won't surrender Alaska, Ohio, Texas, and Florida (in that order) until it's over. Its honestly ridiculous she's held on this long despite repeatedly lying to get through an election and then backstabbing her electorate. Should've been gone in 2020. That's already a 13 point swing Granted, special elections with low turn out (29%) will favor Democrats nearly every time but it shows the momentum is there at least. My expectations are low, but I acknowledge the possibilities. 11 hours ago, Bronco said: Its honestly ridiculous she's held on this long despite repeatedly lying to get through an election and then backstabbing her electorate.
