It hurts to listen to that song because of the whole production, including the vocals. The whole song sounds so sharp, but not like a knife, more like a grater, and sounds so scratchy. ..meanwhile, Shadow Of A Man is perfection. EDIT: Instead of likening that song to a grater, I should’ve just said it sounds like the whole song was run over with tinfoil.
