She went to a concert, recorded some songs and then put a text over it. Something that takes 20min tops. She doesn’t own the content cause image rights belong to Gaga. She doesn’t own the music licenses in the video either. She cannot monetize it. She didn’t “transform” the content. She added a text over it. At least I actually went through 5 month of editing. Its like bruh, you did absolutely nothing outstanding here. The mere uploading of your videos isn’t even technically allowed cause you have no permission to distribute Gaga’s image. Since legally I do not have the upper hand in this situation, I will abide by the copyright rules the platform has. However, I would appreciate it if more people go into the comment section and try to persuade her to change her mind. If she see's a good amount of people asking her she might reconsider.
