I still remember a user on here officially checking out right after she dropped "Disease". They were convinced that both Disease and Gaga just wasn't for them anymore.

Maybe because there wasn’t too much going on with that era, so we were focused on other things? Life was different

COVID, the BLM protests, the election, a lot of other wild stuff, etc. It was a really odd time for an era. It definitely makes Chromatica distinct among her other eras though.

It has become probably my favorite album of hers (not really sure). When I first heard it, I thought I wouldn’t like it because I had created some expectations of how it would sound (I wanted her to be very experimental this album with sounds that I haven’t heard her in) but she delivered nonetheless. So proud to be a fan after all these years

Love Mayhem, such a great album. I was at a party yesterday and there was a gen z girl, she put on Abracadraba, and everyone was dancing like crazy. It made me realize how Gaga is still so impactful after all those years.
