100% marriage and then children. She's almost 40 and wants multiple kids. Even at 40, with the best doctors in the world, having children is a risk that gets higher and higher each year. It's such a cruel biological fate but it's true. She's definitely at least taking a pause to have kids this year

I actually believe the Mayhem era is a 'fanservice era' where she's indulged us in everything we want before she steps back and changes her focus

My prediction is, she gets married in summer or fall. It will be totally private but they release a picture 

After that they probably start a family, and maybe she does something acting during it so she doesn't have to travel

  

I also said this last year and she released MAYHEM instead  but I really think it happens now

Sounds very likely yes. I mean we have plenty of things to look forward to that will keep the fans entertained during this pause such as: The Mayhem Ball film, the Requiem footage (perhaps with an accompanying Remix album), The Devil wears Prada single… plus we know she’s been writing music so I believe she might not tour with the LG8: Madonna did not tour when she had her first child and this was for Ray Of Light arguably her most successful album.
