Agreed. tbh I was shocked when the conservatorship ended and there was no plan for a replacement, less-corrupt guardian put into place, even temporarily. It was just over 100% right then and there. 
 

Who knows if another conservator is even the answer, but if it isn’t, she certainly could benefit from another more steady kind of help. I get that her circumstances are so atypical to the average person (like when people say “oh society failed her”), but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t deserve care she needs. If anyone we loved were exhibiting some of the behavior she does to this day, we would want them to see professionals and be okay. 

There’s such a special light there inside Britney (I mean her personality, not just her as a performer), and I’d hate to see it go to waste because she’s not getting the help she needs.  Still no excuse for driving under the influence. If you can orchestrate all the vacations she takes, you can orchestrate a car bringing you home.

She was released but she has been scheduled to appear in court on 4 May.

She doesn’t need a conservatorship because that just made her crack. Hence this. 
 

but she does need a really great private inpatient recovery treatment center and she needs to live there for like, a year or two.

 

i went through it. So I don’t say it in a judgy way. The level of ****ed up she is requires a tremendous amount of therapy and addiction treatment. 
 

she needs one where she temporarily signs her will over and cannot leave until she is done because she will leave early and she will **** up again if she can come and go.

 

sorry but it’s the truth. I’ve lived in a sober living house. I’ve been through it. I’m 4 years sober now. You have to do these things the right way or it will just not work.
