The lyrics are lowkey childish and...idk, banal? Like, it approaches this semi-serious topic with lyrics that sound straight from a mid-2000s teen Disney movie still love the MJ reference though. The Dead Dance didn't exactly reinvent the wheel but it's such a fun and inoffensive song.
