I was thinking either she was going to run out of time so she had to cut the whole thing short or she had an issue with the outfit right before the show

Hopefully that's it. It is the most "inconsequential" part of the show. As in, out of every song, TDD, KFL, and Summerboy do the least to move the "plot" along so if any song gets cut for time, it'll be one of those
