It would have been nice for the 10th anniversary, but we know the circumstances of 2021. So maybe she is indeed planning to bring it back sometime, but as mentioned, it will never be the same vibes as the original BTWB.

You’re quite close, the rumour was (back in the day) she would host a one-off concert raising funds for the BTW Foundation in it’s infancy at Wembley Stadium but I think that was just fan rumours, perpetuated by British media. 
 

Although I do wonder where on earth her tour sets like that, the outer catwalks from artRAVE and The Monster Ball sets like the fountain end up. Storing outfits in archives is one thing but like where is the 30 foot tall castle haha

The stages had to be transported in trucks so the unassembled pieces are probably sitting in some big warehouse

Honestly, I'd bet the majority of the sets have been disposed of. 

Probably kept iconic custom pieces like the BTWB piano bike etc, but the vast majority won't have been kept.

I remember some fans speaking about it around the beginning of the ARTPOP era, a month before the album was released. They said that Gaga told them that she was planning to bring back the BTWB for one or two nights to film it and to raise funds, yes. I also remember (take this with a grain of salt, it's been 13 years) that the fans said that she told them that she was trying to act like the tour didn't come to an end abruptly, and that those nights that she was filming were the end of it (so no ARTPOP on the setlist even though we got Applause and the iTunes Festival by the time that they spoke about this).

There was also a rumor on Twitter in 2021-2022 that she would revive the BTWB. Not a credible rumor, but a rumor nonetheless.

Why they should give me monster ball probs instead of sitting in a warehouse :

the stairs - I can put the stairs in my house 

the car - i can drive the car

the fountain - if I feel a bit thirsty

the subway - to get around town 

disco stick - if it ever gets dark

very useful

Possibly yeah, I just remember saving money just in case to get a ticket. Maybe one day she’ll reuse parts of the set. The way that I thought the requiem poster was kinda insinuating she was reusing a part of the castle for it.
