What will Gaga name her children?

Theres a good chance a boy would be a combo of Michael or Anthony or Joseph. Three prominent men in Gaga's life. For a female, maybe Natali or the name Rose is gorgeous (Gaga's grandma's middle name). Gaga was given her dad's mom's name as a middle name, but her mom's mom was Veronica, which sounds a bit villain-y.

I just don't see Gaga going with a crazy name or even an original name. I can see her taking her family life very private and personal with the storm of craziness that surrounds her professionally and keeping family names in play.

I fully believe that too, like little Anthony Michael Giovanni Germanotta Polansky will be out there wearing unicorn skirts and little Elizabeth Madonna Harley Lee Germanotta Polansky will show up in the most colorful tailored suits

I agree with the folks suggesting family names. She's just too family-oriented and traditional not to do that.

No one has mentioned "Cynthia" or a derivative yet, which is sad. The woman is always paid dust! She does so much for Gaga and the BTW Foundation, AND she's not the MAGA parent! 

If "Cynthia" doesn't make the cut, I think "Bissett," Cynthia's maiden name, would be a cool first or middle name and non-gendered.
