Yeah live there were some misses. Actually her voice sounded strained and she failed to hit notes properly on the Oscar Performance i think

Tbh ASIB is my fav Gaga album in terms of vocals 

I agree with this in terms of album vocals, but the performances she did during the era I thought were genuinely bad. That Shallow performance with Bradley that went viral was in my opinion one of her worst vocal showcases. That led to Enigma and J&P where I think her voice was in its worst position for an extended period of time (at least up until like 2020). I was convinced she damaged her voice. Thankfully things got better starting with Westfield, although I don’t know how edited that performance was.
Regardless, I’m SO glad she turned things around. She sounds so ****ing incredible lately. And something I don’t see mentioned a lot here is that she isn’t relying on vibrato nearly as much as she used to. Absolutely stellar
