Unlike The Fame through ARTPOP, Gaga has been a lot more mindful and not talking about projects unless they are happening. There were a lot of rumors and BTS leaks stating she was going to be on II Most Wanted but plans changed. Act III is supposedly Rock themed which makes sense for Gaga to be on considering the features on Act II. Gaga only appears on artists album that have a larger legacy/history than her. If Bey/ her team were the ones to reach out to Gaga wanting to collab then I’d see no reason why it wouldn’t be on Bey’s album. The conversation about continuing the Telephone storyline would naturally progress if a collab was decided.
