Early Monster Ball 2.0, she used it for maybe 4 dates tops. Then the living dress was brought in. It was not used while the living dress was broken. For the Monster Ball 1.0 performance of the song, she used the Monster Ball 2.0 Teeth & Alejandro leotard outfit.
