Defmix100 6,714 Posted February 10 Share Posted February 10 I just watched the Michael trailer again and it had me imagining the inevitable Gaga biopic (it does not have to be posthumous, like the new Springsteen movie). It would be interesting to see stages from her tours reproduced for scenes, likely her Super Bowl Halftime Show too And I know some people don't like the trend of songs being reworked in an epic remix for trailers, but if it went that way, which song/s of hers do you think would be best for the trailer? But to dramatize highlights of an artist's career within one single movie? It's not possible to make something that'll be satisfying  You could make an entire movie just about her pre-Fame life. Even if it were made right now, the past 20 years have been so insanely dense with events that...I just don't know how you can abridge that. And don't get me started on how I'm already bracing myself for epic levels of disappointment on the Michael biopic. Now, a biopic/movie of her I would watch would be one where we get a glimpse of how hard she had to advocate for herself and hold her own ground in rooms full of men. Kind of like a movie that focuses on the idea that women are just as strong as men, and lifts up/inspires female artists.
