I kinda get it because we all thought he would include more Puerto Rican artists BUT the theme of the show actually made her appearance fit in because she's a white American woman embracing a different culture. StrawberryBlond 15,371 Posted February 9 Share Posted February 9 I didn't know all these songs as I'd only heard stuff from his latest album, my limited Spanish is very patchy and tv subtitles didn't translate, But I thought the whole vibe was amazing and it was certainly set to a rhythm that gets you dancing. Choreography was really tight. Colourful and vibrant imagery. Gaga's performance was unexpected but beautiful. Not keen on a salsa version of DWAS but she worked it and looked gorgeous. Very nice of BB to give Ricky a chance to do a quick cover of his own song. The ending was powerful and rather emotional, really. When you really think about it, isn't this what MAGA would actually approve of? Everyone's fully clothed, no grinding dancing, a heterosexual couple proposal and marriage, a white artist featured singing a hit song in English and even a mention of the USA and an American flag?
