Honestly it all depends on the quality of the shoe. I have some 10-cm-heels that are really comfortable and easy to walk with. I walked a full gay pride walk with them and it was manageable. And then I have some 5-cm-heels that are not very comfortable, they're really just for wearing at a party or something, when you're not going to walk much.
