NUTELLA 16,191
1) The album’s holy trinity is Heavy Metal Lover, Bloody Mary & Government Hooker 2) She will NEVER top “I could be your girl, girl, girl/girl, girl, girl… but would you love me if I ruled the world, world, world?” That moment will always be her musical Mount Everest... she cannot climb any higher 🏔️ Listening to it is a physiological sensation. Rivaled only by “rara-ahahah, roma-romama, gaga-ohlala,” nothing has ever worked so perfectly/sounded so good in a song. Make your peace with this fact: it is *the best* we will ever get from Gaga. 3) Bloody Mary’s instrumental is a sinister miracle. I would give anything to have been in the room/bus watching them assemble it, because it is such an important part of my life. I listen to the instrumental multiple times. Every. Single. Day. HOWEVER, for a song with such airtight verses/pre-chorus… the chorus is a flaccid let-down 2 1
NUTELLA 16,191
4) Scheiße is fun, but MASSIVELY overrated by this fanbase. The Mugler remix is superior (the 4th best song on the album); it feels like the spirit of the BTW era itself, distilled into one long, sexy, hypnotic track. Most people won’t understand that… but those who do, really do. 5) They’re not necessarily bad songs, but I always skip Americano, Hair & Highway Unicorn 6) Marry The Night & The Edge of Glory are both huge anthems… without much replay value 7) Judas- not BTW- is the most “reductive” song on the album. A second, spoiled helping of Bad Romance, reheated & served with mold spots. Not even air-fried… just pulled out of the fridge, thrown into the microwave for 10 seconds & then dumped onto the table… rancid, moist, soggy, revolting. “Her signature sound” blah blah blah. It is lazy, self-plagiaristic trash. Whereas BR was a masterpiece, Judas is a drunken finger painting. Even if it weren’t a copycat, it would STILL be a clumsy, noxious, bullshit cartoon of a song. SHAME on RO & LG for making Judas. (love the brick lyric though) 🧱 1 2
NUTELLA 16,191
8) Electric Chapel is probably the album’s hidden gem. It gets less attention than any of the other tracks, but I feel like that opening instrumental (with the guitar, piano & bells) could win over any type of music fan if it randomly came on their radio 9) I spent years disliking Bad Kids (mostly because of the ass intro & some of the awful lyrics) but parts of that song are actually great. Her pronunciation of “di-sastr-ous” in the bridge is divine 10) Fashion Of His Love is LG’s sweetest song. Haters can choke to death & go to hell 💓 1 1

River 120,836
BTW is not a good song, but the instrumental slays though, the part when u hear little monsters talking is amazing. It's a long long way to reach TEOG and most of the times, you just forget this song exist because u had to stop listening mid-way.. Bad Kids and Hair could have been good songs if they were shorter. So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy 1
dynamite 62,442
Marry The Night is great but not quite as otherworldly as it's often made out to be Bad Kids is amazing, I didn't like it at first because you expect a stomping chorus and the beat just disappears but I really love it now lol Hair is top tier I can live without You and I Edited Monday at 08:08 AM by dynamite Like a poem said by a neydy in red

SS77 2,076
Electric Chapel deserves to be in everyone’s top fives. I wish she got a bigger spotlight. Maybe one day. The Queen, particularly the bridge and outro, is such a beautiful gem in her discography. I love the bells in the intro. 4

Bronco 15,633
Electric Chapel is underrated. Bloody Mary is overrated and a lot of people only speak about it because it because it got tiktok virality. We need more 80s power ballads like Hair & You and I. The gays know how to party
SimonBaetens 8,991
- it's a great album but sometimes the production feels a bit overwhelming - the tour is overrated: yes, the castle was incredible, but the storytelling and numerous Mother GOAT interludes were a bit convoluted and long - Yoü & I is often overlooked by the fanbase, while it was absolutely instrumental in cementing Gaga's popularity with a broad audience when you're lonely, I'll be lonely too / https://www.last.fm/user/SimonBaetens
Ophelia 4,940
the album is her ultimate best - I believe it has no skips and I will die on that hill. I’m talking about the deluxe version. Each song takes you on a different ride. It’s somehow so cohesive despite taking from so many different references. …Even so, Judas is overrated. A lower-tier song in my BTW ranking, yet it’s still very important to the album. Her raspy vocals and growls were the easiest to listen to on this album. She’s a great vocalist of course and I love when she goes hard with her deeper voice these days as well. I just find this slightly nasal, on the verge of her „baby voice” tone very soothing. I loved how she mimicked 80s Bruce Dickinson vocals, they’re still very light and not overbearing (like the growls in Hair). Edited Monday at 10:33 AM by Ophelia ...has anybody seen my disco stick?
imogen2133 120
-Fashion Of His Love is extremely underrated and it one of the best songs on the album.(Also wish she performed the whole song at least once) -Bad Kids is good and isn't nearly as bad as people say (except some lyrics could be better). -The Edge Of Glory and Heavy Metal Lover are great songs but are sort of overrated. -Government Hooker is slightly underrated and is one of the best songs of her career. -The performance of Scheibe at the BTWB is much better than the Mayhem Ball one. -It did 80's nostalgia and industrial sounds better than Mayhem. -The production is some of her best and you could tell she was very inspired whilst making it. -The album cover is great and should not have been hated on at the time. -Born This Way the song is just as great as Hair and is one of her best title tracks. -Electric Chapel and You And I are extremely underrated and You And I is one of her best ballads ever. -BJ+AF and The Queen are great and The Queen is amazing the whole way through not just the bridge and is very underrated overall.
