NUTELLA 18,963
Born This Way has positive memories attached to it, but the lyrics are ham-handed & the production is way too busy/loud Express Yourself is just a great song Sorry, LG Edited January 10 by NUTELLA 1 1

Head Empty 25,922
The main similarity between these two songs is that I don't particularly care for either of them, so I'm not voting 1
Bronco 18,223
As a fan of both artists. Btw clears for me, I'm a bad Madonna fan because even without the reductive drama I ****ing hate express yourself The gays know how to party

TheFrenchGuy 3,952
The lyrics might be corny and borderline problematic but the content around the song is amazing. Every performance is perfect and the facial horns are iconic (thank you Val Garland). The intro to the MV is top tier. I think the fact that the lyrics are so direct also allowed the song to have a lot of real impact for the LGBTQIA+ community. It's really a serve to have a queer woman sing "No matter gay straight or bi, lesbian transgender life, i'm on the right track baby" at the SuperBowl. I do think that this song in particular and Rupaul's Drag Race were the catalyst for more representation and acceptance in pop culture in the 2010's and I'm extremely grateful for that.
elijahfan 27,083
I love Express Yourself and I think the intro to the Blond Ambition Tour is one of the most iconic moments in pop history. However, I think BTW is the superior song.
JolP24601 50
As a fan of both women and both songs, I'd lean towards Express Yourself.
