Even if labels didnt keep much of the profit... in most business sectors the profit margins are but a fraction of overall revenue... then theres taxes on top of that...

Admittedly, when this started out, I didn't expect it to make this much or that all these dates would even be able to go ahead, so props to her. She just went out there and gave it her all every night, even though she was getting widely mocked. I somehow highly doubt her next tour will travel as widely, so her fans certainly got a chance to see her and for a reasonable price in this economy.
