I also read that the final episode with be shown in a few theaters on NYE at 5pm as soon as the episode also premieres to stream. 
 

I plan on watching the new episodes. Then rewatch the series in time for part 2. Then wait a week for the finale.

I rewatchrd the whole series over the last month and saved the last ep of season 4 until tonight so I could jump right from that to the new season. Im rarely so organized with stuff like this!

Im enjoying the first new ep, even though not much is really happening. It’s a classic establishing the new situation/ set up episode. looking forward to more plot developments soon. It does sort of feel like they could have compressed this first ep into a shorter one. And they remain so committed to Will having a bowl-ish cut.
