California could be good…oh how reassuring :triggered:

Can’t believe no one had considered California could be good! She’s a brilliant mind. Revolutionary.

i don’t kno much about her other than her car mukky banggys but she hasn’t done or said anything problematic so why not

How sad is it that this has now actually become the standard US politicians are held to these days. Not that she has any good ideas, makes compelling arguments, talks about any kind of vision for where the country should be headed or has a plan on how to get there... Nah, the best anyone can expect at this point is "Well, she hasn't said anything wildly problematic so far, has she?", and that somehow makes her as qualified to represent the people as anyone. :laughga:

That's not at all directed at you btw, or against anything you said in your original post. I simply think you're right, sadly. There's no charismatic leader or someone to win the people over on the left, all they've got is "at least we're not Trump", or "but we're still less problematic". That should actually be the slogan. lol

But then again, Trump had his grab them by the p*ssy-moment and many other low points way before his first term, and look who Americans voted for twice. So maybe Trisha should actually be way more problematic if she really wants to have a shot, it seems to work wonders if you wanna win over the US citizens.

Sorry, I'm rambling and fed up with all this. :madge:

Oh sis...yes she has lmao. She's racefished/baited in the past, is a Zionist, has used slurs, among many other controversies. Somehow, she continues to wash her image and people forget that she has a very messy and very deep digital footprint.

Please no, I know people think it’s funny but she’d end up causing idiots to waste their votes. Isn’t it bad enough that sad country elected a celebrity with no political experience to run a country :rip:

I’m sorry but now is not the time for people who aren’t really serious about politics to be politicking. Support great candidates, be active, but now more than ever we need celebrities to stop being politicians and politicians to stop being celebrities.

Didn't know that, but it's something, at least. It's always nice to see celebs use their platform to spread awareness for those things, but I agree with this so much:

There's too much at stake. In case we're not already past the point of no return, it's definitely here now. Democracy is not a given.
