LAZINESS ! /e/ in the English language is basically an [i] in IPA, meaning its a high fronted vowel. If she'd pronounce correctly she'd start with her tongue tip up, move down for the /h/ which comes down to a [a], a low fronted vowel just to then jump up again to the following [ɪ]... that's a lot of jumping in this short amount of time PLUS she's doing choreo on stage.
