I assisted 4 times in an open-air concert in Quebec City's Plains of Abraham (Madonna, Roger Waters, Metallica and Céline Dion) and it was incredible, each time more than 70,000 people there, a big party, everybody enjoying under a sunny day/evening, those are the best shows I've seen.

Yes but i prefer Gaga doing it in a stadium if you want 70,000+ seats. It's really ugly to do a concert under the sun(talking about the under the sun ones of course).

And a center stage is a bad idea for Gaga because she won't be able to perform for like 25% more people than with normal stage.

Yes, she will.

Maybe, but not for her next tour. In Africa she sold 57 000 tickets, she won't sell 95 000 with a center stage. The same in Paris. She didn't completely sell-out Stade de France with 71 000, so, she won't with 95 000, like U2 did.

It will depend on how huge ARTPOP really is.

Well, I hope she will play arenas.

Because in my ****ty country it's always raining, so an arena is here not a good idea  :derpga:

so i went to see Beyonce the other day in London and although she could easily sell out a stadium, the atmosphere was insane in the o2 arena. Unlike gaga, i dont see beyonce as a stadium artist though, no matter how epic her superbowl performance was. I was lucky enough to see the born this way ball in twickenham then in manchester arena, 2 days later and the experience was totally different. i hope gaga does both again next time.

I don't give a **** unless I get a chance to go and get a ticket, which was stressfull as hell at ziggodome. Sold out in like 20 minutes. Luckily I got in, but otherwise I wouldn't have been able to go with the amazing people I wanted to go with, and the second dates are worse than the first anyhow.

Really here for small countries arena's, big countries stadiums. More stadiums in general, less double dates. Easier ticket-access.

:red: I got one literally the day before, at half the original price off some Bijlmer guy  best last minute decision ever tbh

in therm of profitability, arenas are way less expensive to rent than stadiums (also the stage production cost) and if there's a high average ticket prices it can easily gross the same or even more what a stadium's show can gross. but of course a sold out stadium is impressive and can give a sort of legendary aspect to an artist
