He's an absolute narcissist who revels in any attention he gets good or bad and will do anything to get it. The way he laughs about it is sickening tbh. The thing is that it's not even just attention-seeking behaviour, if he's willing to spend so much money and go that far just for a bit of attention then he's capable of escalating it and that's very dangerous.
