He's an absolute narcissist who revels in any attention he gets good or bad and will do anything to get it. The way he laughs about it is sickening tbh. I truly believe people like that are deranged and it just takes one incident to go too far and make them snap. The thing is that it's not even just attention-seeking behaviour, if he's willing to spend so much money and go that far just for a bit of attention then he's capable of escalating it and that's very dangerous.
