I pose a query to the jury: Does one become a rapper just because they rap? Am I a vocalist because I sing in the shower? Am I an athlete because I just sprinted out of the grocery store? 

I also question the linguistics of the initial statement: "4 rappers on a Gaga track"

Now, if the defendant included Miss Gaga in the "4 rappers" statement, why would the defendant include the words "on a Gaga track"? Either the defendant is implying that Lady Gaga is, indeed, a feature on her own song OR the defendant is retroactively changing the intention behind their initial statement to cover up a mistake and cast blame, and a baseless allegation of disregard and disrespect, on the prosecution!

So which is it, Mr. Lurker? Are you incorrect? Or simply a liar?
