Valid theory otherwise, since I believe live recordings of tracks that are recorded at the Grammys are ineligible (i.e., if [Joanne (Piano Version)] had been a live recording from the 2018 ceremony, it wouldn’t have been able to have been submitted for the following year's ceremony). Would there even be the possibility of a disqualification, they would have used "Disease MV" for consideration instead. Or added Disease as 2nd option. I believe the whole category was rigged.
