I'm already tired of people treating Gaga as the featuring artist in Die With A Smile. In comparison to Jewels N' Drugs, Gaga shares only about 36% of the lyrics while in DWAS she represents 41% which is very much a fair contribution for a collaboration. In Sour Candy, she sings 55% of the lyrics, so she basically dominates all the four singers from Blackpink combined.

41% is about what I’d expect for a feature re: DWAS and Gaga only *wrote* her rap verse, so very much a feature on her part. Pretty comfortably explains the relative mediocrity of each, I’d say

Anyway, as previously stated: DWAS is a lovely feature from Miz Gar and SC is something of an abominable curiosity (roughly 80% of which was written by Madison Love and is performed predominantly by BLACKPINK which was produced using stock instruments in GarageBand).

36% with three other artists though  

41% on DWAS 'cause it's Bruno's song, she helped him finish writing it, and they slapped it on Mayhem so it could debut with a lot of streams  

It still makes up like 70% of the album's streams and that's the only reason it's even on the album instead of being a standalone single like it should be

See, I don’t even mind what they did from a commercial perspective, I just wish I liked the song more

The song has always been mid, just like most of Bruno's hits imo. But I took an issue when it invaded the integrity of her album for such shallow reasons
