Rate The Mayhem Ball Tour

Now that we have this tour for some months, how would you rate it?
And I have to say something: I got bored of this tour the fastest. I do like it, its nice.. but I just got bored way too early. Maybe I had different expectations, that it wouldn't be like the other shows, but if I had to give this show a rating, it would be a 6.

I’m biased because Born This Way was just another level of epicness for fans but Mayhem could easily be her best tour. Vocals, interludes, long setlist, performances, piano songs switch every day, encore.

I know people love to rave about this tour, but I don’t think it’s better than the Monster Ball or the Born This Way Ball, it’s a 7 from me. Personally I even liked Chromatica more with all the pyrotechnics. The first half and especially the opening are so strong but the second half is certainly lacking, with Shallow being sung as she’s rowed on the boat being the lowest point. I also wish the stage was slightly raised, there’s something about the height of it that just seems off. When I saw her at Coachella, it seemed much more epic with the raised stage. And I know many people like the bow sequence but I just don’t. I know it’s supposed to offer a juxtaposition to her over the top outfits, but I just can’t stand seeing her in a beanie cause I hate beanies

I feel like Mayham Ball has strong moments like the first act, but the rest of the show has alot of week moments, unlike her other tours that are strong the whole show. Its also hard for me to appreciate the Mayham Ball as it is because its an extension to the Coachella show.

Just saw it in Paris, and although i was very happy to see gaga, i wasn't mesmerized. The monster ball 15 years ago on an other hand...

The way the gondola moment and ACT IV on the whole is one of the highlights of the show lol

Couldn’t agree more. Conceptually complete, satisfying narrative, the true integration of pop and theatre tbh. Musically, some of her best interludes, too. I’m always tempted to say it’s a three way tie between MBT/TMB/BTWB, but I really think the MAYHEM Ball is on another level.
