If you mean those so call "Tsunami" weapons, that just isn't gonna happen. Most of the energy of a nuke would just turn the water to steam, and to get a traveling tsunami-like wave you'd need to displace the water not cook it. At that point, you might as well just drop the nuke, because the waves would do minimal damage.

Interesting. So maybe Russia is. Still though, regardless of matters the winning move with nukes is not to play. Once everyone uses them in war everyone loses.

Russia keeps poking NATO....dumb move tbh. They are agitating Poland and Romania with these "rogue" missiles and drones and stuff. VERY bad idea.

Russia's economy is not exhausted. I have been hearing this same nonsense for years now that sanctions will ruin their economy when in reality the Russian economy has grown and become more self suficient since the war started.
