Russian drone crashed in Romania's Vaslui County

If true, this is the furthest inland a Russian drone entered Romania.

Update: The drone was found in Vaslui near the Vaslui-Băcău border county.

What should be the appropriate and proportional response to this? Genuine question. Europe is already sanctioning Russia and training Ukrainian combatants, is it not? 
 

and what does it mean for a drone to crash? Was it just a taunt? Is there believed to be an intended target? Did it veer off course?

In a sense, they declared war multiple of times 

The plan is as long as the big countries are not being attack or provoked then nobody cares lol

But really.. going war with Russia would be great after your Mayhem dates.. because if a war prevents u from attending the concert, I will riot myself

Stricter sanctions but in general Russia would not be able to survive if several NATO nations tried to attack since hes already exhausted his own economy trying to overtake Ukraine which Putin thought would have been easier.

His only and most desperate option would be to threaten nuclear war which is strange considering Trump also said he wants to start testing nukes again...which i also dont believe is necessary. We know these weapons work lol

The drone recovered had no explosives, so it seems Russia intentionally wanted to

1) intimidate;

2) taunt;

3) prob Romania's defence capabilities.

Symbolically, more can be read onto it: Russia supports political factions in the Republic of Moldova who might claim parts of Eastern Romania proper: most counties traversed are part of the Western Moldova region, which Russia or Russian-supported factions might have a irrendist claim onto.

Nato essentially treats its "non-western" members as a buffer zone with CSTO. It's really bad. Slavs and Romance peoples being forced to face the brunt of issues as usual.

I'm curious to know what Trumps evidence of nuclear tests from Russia, China, etc. are? With all the modern tech we have it's not hard to detect them. This is why North Korean nuclear tests were all detected before they were officially announced, because even though they were underground seismic detectors in other countries picked them up. Even Israels rumored nuclear tests with South Africa were (likely) detected via satellites and other things. To the point though, I don't see any concrete evidence of nuclear tests even with todays technology. Plus, the winning move in anything having to do with nukes is to not play. This has been well known since the Cold War.

Rumors say they are testing new nuclear weapons underground where there has been lots of seismic activity in and around Russia...most recently that strong earthquake that triggered a semi-dormant volcano to erupt and triggered tsunami warnings. 

Attacking by sea instead of land would be devastating as many of the major American cities are coastal...

NATO's article 5 is meant to be a last resort, Russia is just trying to spook people
