At this point it's either on Total Mayhem or on Beyonce's ACT III. The way she's been teasing implies that's is coming soon (enough) and that Beyoncé is involved again. If Total Mayhem is Mayhem's The Fame Monster, it would be the perfect opportunity to bring that back

I often wonder if she planned a Telephone sequel, but it ended up not working or something. She played very coy with the idea of a Telephone Part II during the beginning of this era, but it’s been radio silent on that front since then.

I think she is on Act 3. It’s supposedly a Rock album likely inspired by Little Richard, Jimi Hendrix. and Prince among others for a Renaissance Rock album. Mayhem is heavily Prince coded and given the type of collabs Beyonce did on Cowboy Carter(Miley and Post Malone). I think Gaga would work well on the album. Given Gaga’s confidence earlier about a Telephone sequel and to ask Beyonce when it will release tells me that it’s on her album. Not too mention the rumor that Gaga was going to be on II Most Wanted originally.
