Mayhem has definitely shifted her trajectory as an artist. I think we’re about to witness even more from Gaga that will cement her as one of the best artists of her generation (which is already the case).

I think it means that she's in love with music again. For years, it felt like she was clocking into a job doing pop music and her heart was more in acting and jazz/cabaret performance. But she really has a drive to be a pop artist again, and that's beautiful to see!

this era has been a gift. my heart is full not just at the quality of the music and the visuals and the live shows, but also from seeing how happy the rest of the fandom is, how the world is celebrating Gaga and Mayhem, and how much Gaga herself is happy and creative and energetic. may this truly be an indicator of how excellent her art and her music will continue to be in the decades to come <3
