I might get cancelled but I honestly don't think what she said was bad - yes in 2025 it would be worse but back then I fear people just spoke like that. I too, when I was like 13, attempted the same thing she did and gave up soon after  it doesn't stigmatise the actual condition - she was just basically saying 'yes, I did struggle with my body image, this is something I did as an example of that'
