Do you think a series of events could have created a slight tention? #1 Reportedly he wanted to collaborate with her and her team didnt even acknowledge or respond back to his team (alledgedly at least) #2 Despite being a big fan openly, to my knowledge Gaga has never publicly acknowledged him back (simmilar to Katy Perry situation lol) #3 He just lost to Gaga for artist of the year at VMAs #4 He is not up against her at Grammys for the nights biggest award. I don’t think we really know much about her relationships with other artists (besides her mentors or influences she always mentioned, like Tony, Elton, Stevie, or other senior rockers and her producers). Unlike taylor’s friendships with lana and selena that everybody knows, I can’t really recall anyone she’s very close with in the industry. But bruno for sure, the fact that she went to meet him at midnight to make a song just from a phone call shows that they’re really good friends (her jazz band even performed at bruno’s club pinky ring, and brian newman was also a musical director there). She also mentioned they did karaoke together. That kind of friendship doesn’t develop from just a few hours in the studio and a couple of hours filming the MV. It has to come from a much longer connection. But we'd never known their close friendship, and they’d never been seen hanging out together before. Another one maybe ariana, but I’ve always thought of them as great collabs who stayed friendly afterward, not close friends who would hang out casually. Anyway, I feel like she keeps her relationships with other artists very private, so maybe she is friend with bunny too behind the camera.
