I definitely don’t see many of the songs having much replay value for the general public. I don’t see viral hits on Tik Tok. This album was made for something else. It feels cathartic and spiritual. That being said, my Top 5 if I had to pick favorites upon first full listen: Reliquia, Berghain, La Perla, De Madrugá, Sauvignon Blanc The songs I found most hauntingly beautiful: Mio Cristo Piange Diamanti, Memória, Magnolias This is an album you have to listen to multiple times to absorb everything it’s trying to convey. I’m definitely going to look up all the translations and dig deeper tonight. I love Rosalía so fucking much. She’s one of the few musicians and artists that is actually taking risks and doing what she wants to do. I thank God that I’m alive to witness this music genius and her work. The production is so rich and full, lots of beautiful instrumentation. I get some very Bjork Vespertine inspiration in a few of the melodic tracks too. It just doesn't fit the rest of it and feels awkward. But I'm always here for Rauw lashings so go off queen. It's not even a bad song by any means.
