I actually think this looks quite good based on stills but the test is going to be if it's serious or camp. If it's just a casual outfit take on Woman's World's nonsense, she can keep it. I'm hoping for a sassy pop rock song but I won't hold my breath. I'm puzzled as to why she's giving away so many spoilers for it when keeping people in the dark is the better route if you want the most 24 hour views for your video, but ok.

I believe streams of her old songs, especially Roar and Dark Horse, still pull in big bucks and her tour is doing surprisingly well and will have made over $100 million by the end. She may well be pouring her own money into it too.

the reason she continues to flop is because she has solidified herself as a popstar who isn't supposed to be taken seriously. every single thing she does comes across as vapid and trying to be funny, even if that isn't her exact intention, because she positioned herself as such. even her attempts at serious music comes across as bad camp because that's what made her money until the interest ran out.
