gagzus 16,169
If she’s gonna make a GRAMMYs push like she did with the acoustic version of Joanne I would release VIY as both the pop version and a ballad version for the 2027 GRAMMYs to ensure some longevity

Mix that with Beyonce's ACT III rumoured to be rock and you'll have the perfect opportunity for the prequel idea. We know Bey bailed her out but maybe we could find out how they met

She had HITS, and the album was great and then she stops releasing the amazing bops on her album as singles. It's really hard to stan her sometimes. What should she have done differently? The promo and performances were excellent and dropping tons of singles is a thing of the past. Mayhem is her best rollout since BTW. Hey, I'm king of the world, you ought to hear my song, you come on measure me, I'm twenty inches long

Why does it matter or not if she formally releases the songs we have already had access to for 7+ months as singles? At least the dead dance was new material, and not a song we already have heard over and over since march. Y’all care too much about charts. Disease had a great music video and was a solid lead; sans DWAS, Abra is her biggest hit in years; Grammys attention for DWAS (and MAYHEM overall next year); she performed at the VMAs; she was on Wednesday and gave us a mini era with TDD (and we’ll also get another mini era with a new song for Devil Wears Prada 2); she went down in history for headlining the concert with the most attendance for a female artist; and the Art of Personal Chaos/MAYHEM Ball tour is her best (both critically and financially). The era has been great and is without a doubt her best one since BTW. 𝔗𝔥𝔢 𝔪𝔲𝔰𝔦𝔠'𝔰 𝔤𝔬𝔫𝔫𝔞 𝔟𝔯𝔦𝔫𝔤 𝔪𝔢 𝔟𝔞𝔠𝔨 𝔣𝔯𝔬𝔪 𝔡𝔢𝔞𝔱𝔥
GerMonsterNotta 1,616
Serve us a three film aka ARTPOP! Zombie boy - Continuation of TDD.. rising from the dead, DollGa recruits 6 Little Monsters (each very subtle representation of TFM, BTW, ARTPOP, Joanne, Chromatica, Harlequin represented through outfit colours) ..… Garden of Eden - Mother Mayhem looking in a magic mirror - transforms/disguises herself as a FameGa monster-like-ghost. FameGa joins the group, tempting the DollGa leader. The unmasking of FameGa as Mother Mayhem during the bridge when the full moon appears during bad ass choreo…..Feelings of betrayal in the group… Vanish into You - forgiveness and fusion through embrace between Mayhem and DollGa…… fused-Gaga bids goodbye to her little monster friends, runs back to Doll island during the bridge… her soul can rest… she sleeps or dies ..who knows …. Cut to ‘real Gaga’ at the end who wakes up from the dream (like 911 ending) next to her lover(face not shown), .. very tiny subtle details in the bedroom, (hard to spot) such as an engagement ring, baby name book as nods to where she is now, she sighs with relief and breaks the forth wall….. and sleeps again…. Cut AGAIN to another shot of mother mayhem! (She lives) and she wakes up from THIS dream(a dream within a dream within a dream…).. she cackles like a mad woman. Fin. The Beast plays during credits. RochestrMonstr 3,383
If this era is doing “just okay”, that must mean ARTPOP, Joanne, and Chromatica completely tanked by that standard. I can’t remember the last time a 39 Year old pop star was as celebrated as she is right now. We may still get more videos at any time. Joanne’s video came out like over a year after the album did.
