I see where you’re coming from, I'm Latina too and I don't want to lessen your pain in any way, I myself have reported xenophobic comments on this forum in the past, but by using inaccurate arguments to defend your point of view, you end up undermining a very important debate about xenophobia. You are raising a sensitive issue here that should be handled with appropriate gravity and careful consideration. Accusing a country of lacking infrastructure based on a single fact is neither feasible nor does it serve as a basis for xenophobic debate.
