Central America is rarely mentioned. All of these countries have stadiums and sufficient infrastructure to host a Lady Gaga concert. Mexico held two concerts at the beginning of the year, and Brazil held one open to 2 million people, something that would be unfeasible in the US. A recent news report ranked Brazil as the second largest concert market in the world. In the last year alone, hundreds of international artists have come to perform in Brazil. Bruno Mars had his most profitable leg of his tour here. This is pure prejudice against Latin Americans. And I'm sorry, but if she thinks she's fulfilled her quota with Latin fans with two shows in Mexico and one in Brazil after more than 10 years, a fan base that is undoubtedly her most engaged, it's because she really treats Latin fans with contempt. And I say this because there is this general feeling among Latin little monsters. Gaga isn’t the only one making decisions for locations, Live Nation is going to pick whatever country/continent is most easy to acquire with venues. These things go deeper than any of us know about, they were trying to get more Asia stops on the tour but couldn’t because getting venues to work with their schedule was difficult, and it’s looking more likely that Japan is the only Asian stop on this tour. And very few artists go to Africa because the infrastructure is much different from a US/UK stop. It sucks but skipping countries due to logistics isn’t LATAM specific 1# Samoyed Stan
Yaaaas Gaga 1,066
Please God let this be true. After missing the London show after getting Covid I just feel like I've missed out on something so special to long-time Gaga fans. Experiencing this show with a Wembley size crowd would just be so epic.

And even so go and speak with anyone in Mexico about Foro Sol and then come back to me. It’s not a decent place to host shows. The fact that Gaga went here was probably cause it’s closer in distance and she most likely still had to pay for a sizable amount of the stage. As for the other countries, having a Stadium doesn’t mean you have the proper equipment. I’m not talking about just space. I’m talking about screens, moving parts, lighting, sound systems, construction equipment. Do you know how putting a concert works in LATAM? They have to hire a local production company that would need to cover the cost of all those things up front because Live Nation doesn’t operate with the same presence here. And not many local production companies have the money to put all the equipment up front. I dead ass know of companies that have taken out millions of dollars in loans JUST to be able to bring Beyonce or Taylor. And most barely break even after they take their cut from the ticket sales. You can’t even charge more than 300 usd here. No one would pay it It’s not a prejudice, it’s the reality of the market. I know because I work here and have friends that work on those production companies. Yes, SOME countries are staring to change, but these vast majority are not attractive places to tour for American artists. And even if she did, she would then be criticized for only doing Brazil and Mexico and maybe Argentina, and not including Uruguay, Peru, Chile, Costa Rica etc. they would be offended at the “latam leg” being reduced to only those countries. Or they would complain that she gave us a watered down version of the tour. Like what happened to Olivia Rodrigo. Damned if she does, damned if she doesn’t. Elizabeth 500
I'd rather she did the Etihad stadium in Manchester than Anfield, I don't know why a lot of artists seem to be booking there as of late. Anyway regardless of venue, if this turns out to be true I will be there

We NEED Gaga to come back with this tour. We deserve it.
