radioactive 2,141
So I’ve never been to a concert this big before and I’m pretty anxious about all of the experience. I’ve got a regular golden ring ticket so I know for sure I’m not gonna get barricade, but I’m still wondering what is the best time to show up to the queue that is not like… 24 hours before the show and still get a good spot? I was thinking something around 9am? Will that guarantee me a solid spot in the ring? (take into consideration that I’m kinda really short so I need the best view possible ) I saw people were showing up at the queue 24hrs before the show, getting a number marked on their arm then come back the morning after to their spot, is that possible? Was also wondering what is the best place to be in the ring itself (closer to main stage, middle, closer to b stage) And if you have any additional tips or advices (like what to bring, how to prepare, what to expect) to share with someone who has ZERO queuing experience and is very anxious about it, please kindly let me know!! Poltergeist 3,740
We had the same tickets, we've arrived 2 hours before the gates opened, and we ended up in 5th row, which still blows my mind! As for tips, try finding someone to queue with/make friends with someone there, so you can safely go pee/get coffee, and return to your spot. This, or if you don't feel like socializing, just make sure to tell the people in front of you what's going on. People were constantly leaving the queue and combing back, and I didn't notice anyone to have problems with that. It was quite cold, but we've decided to leave our jackets in the car we've rented to avoid losing time using the cloakroom. If you have such possibility, thermal blankets are dirty cheap! I suggest not drinking too much, as I feel like it's easier to withstand a bit of thirst than a full bladder. Well, our friend left for the toilet at around 2/3 of the concert and made it back to the same spot without any problems, that requires some assertiveness and guts. Still, remember to think about yourself in all of this, this is going to be one of the best nights of your life I've been getting messages from my deep waters
bylukapekic 1,027
Unfortunately there is no way for the baricade because of vips with early entry who fill up first 3/4 rows. But go early in the morning, like 5/6am if you wanna be closer as much as possible. 🥰 www.lukapekic.com
