Maybe the four key holes mean that Mayhem is a quadruple album 

I will take and enjoy everything she releases, may it be a deluxe with 4 more tracks, an ep or even a second album, all in the style of Mayhem. I hope, but that's very unlikely, that the Acoustic performances of Abra, PC and VIY that she did for promo somehow find their way to an official release

(I say the first two cuz its weird that 2 scrapped songs would leak with the album and not 2 finished songs for a deluxe)

The fourth keyhole could be the next single before the deluxe drops, so each represents added songs after the album has been released

the tdwp2 song could be that last keyhole

there might be another to make it 8 and she could release an ep like Tfm

Honestly would think it's a EP given it's Gaga, if not her teasing for just 1 more song to round out the deluxe. But I wouldn't be surprised if an EP as her 8th album due to what we know from her leaked contracts and her priorities in life. She's said she wants to have children and she seems to have found her forever love. So releasing an EP to finish out her contract and revamping Mayhem Ball a bit to come full circle on her TF/TFM era and career before spending a few years focused on family makes sense.

The funniest thing about this is we keep mentioning “oh Gaga is name dropping TOTAL MAYHEM” but it’s just commonly phrased that way, isn’t it? 

if the reissue is actually coming I hope it’s not called Total Mayhem, I’m fine with Mayhem deluxe / special edition 

Also I hope there’s a new album cover too

Expecting 3 more songs, since TDD was 1 of those 4 keyholes. CSTH and KFL were already released with the original album bonus tracks.

Total mayhem is a common phrase for sure.

But Gaga going out of her way to mention it and capitalise it stylistically seems pointed.

A small part of me thinks a Total Mayhem EP is coming with some new tracks.

Delulu me thinks we're getting another album but rational me thinks it's a remix album. 

I hope we get physical copies of the 17-track MAYHEM version at some point

I remember she also did an interview with Zane Lowe where she spoke about a track that didn’t make the album but that she wanted to release still. She described it as a very minimalistic song. 
 

Then there was another interview where she said Princess Die deserved to be released and that her referencing it in Perfect Celebrity was intentional. 
 

ANNND lastly, she did double down on the Telephone continuation both in her lie detector test interview with Variety and the Spotify Q&A, and we have yet to see that happen

Thank you so much for or this thread. All the Easter eggs and hints are pointing to an album called “Total Mayhem”. We’ve been telling this but made fun of in this website.. They laughed at us for just speaking the truth. Now we will see. I am praying everyday to God that this unfair treatment ends.

i mean, it is a lyric in perfect celebrity.  which is sonically the direction she wanted to take mayhem after writing that song.  so maybe total mayhem is a similar sounding album ala fame monster?
