Alvitr 1,209
I can hear AURORA on Vanish Into You. If you get it you get it, fits Aurora so well. Different genre for her sure but the sound and together with Gagas voice, the blend would be iconic LG8 out soon

But that song is Taylor Swift. I don't know who sings the background vocals in that song, but the fact it sounds a lot like Taylor is definite proof the song is TS coded. If they choose to let the Backstreet Boys be the boys in the song, then that would be fine. elsamars 3,693
Taylor Swift is a must to boost this album. Other than that she needs to work with popular, young and relevant artists. Billie Eilish, Sabrina Carpenter, Ice Spice, Morgan Wallen etc. It’s 2025, nobody cares about “legends” anymore. Bringing Metallica to an album has no effect or meaning. Yay Gaga worked with a legend!!! So what? If it’s not a hit what’s the purpose other than circlejerking.

There are 17 tracks on the album, plenty of opportunity for a wide variety of artists big, small, young, and old. Gaga should pick collaborations that jive with her as a person and what she stands for. There are plenty of pop stars such as Doja Cat, Billie, Chappel, Kesha, Doechi, The Weeknd, Charli, Addison, etc. that would work for a collaboration and align with Gaga as a person, musician, activist, etc. and would sound at home on Mayhem. However, an album full of just the biggest modern day pop artists likely appeals to less people than if she does an eclectic blend of different genres, audiences, age groups, and demographics that make sense on the album from an artistic sense and Gaga as a person, artist, activist and brand. An artist like Bad Bunny who is a massive Gaga fan and appeals to a large audience significantly different from Gaga’s is a smart business move that would provide a much different flavor and perspective to Mayhem. An album with a Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, and Metallica collaboration would reach more people than an album with a Taylor Swift, Morgan Wallen, and Sabrina Carpenter collaboration on it for example. 2 hours ago, NUTELLA said: I'm not a Chromatica/Dawn fan... but lady girl,, what about this bop?? Thank you, Plastic Doll went from a skip to a bop! I thought Replay, Free Woman, and Babylon also had remixes that stood toe to toe with the originals. Sine From Above, Alice, Sour Candy, and 911 were also interesting remixes that I listened to from time to time even if the originals were better.
