damn. i like demi but she absolutely has zero artistic integrity and i think this is her main issue. you could tell she wanted a brat/charli moment and the album just feels like a parody of every pop trend from the last year.

No problem! Of course it depends on the type of artist! Demi would never pull pop girlie numbers, which are usually in the 30-70M range, but she maybe could’ve done similar to Miley and Selena since they are all from the same generation of artists and are ex-Disney stars so it’s a similar profile. A good debut for Demi would’ve been 10-15M. The album is definitely underperforming in that aspect, but it’s got GREAT word of mouth and a lot of positive feedback which ultimately is better for her
