Why is it so difficult to find Lady Gaga's vinyls?

Why is it so difficult to find Gaga's vinyls in record stores?

I don't know about the US, but I visited 3 different vinyl record stores in the UK this weekend and couldn't find Gaga's albums.

There was only one store that had The Fame and that was it. Have in mind that there were plenty of vynils for Taylor Swift, Lana del Rey, Ariana Grande, Lorde etc.

My biggest shock is none of the stores had MAYHEM?

Is it just sold out or record stores just don't bother to stock her albums? 😅

I see her stuff in stores all the time here (Florida). Malls, record stores, even general/grocery stores

Yeah I can usually find her albums at HMV but I can never find any at independent vinyl shops!

I wonder if it's a label distribution thing or lack of demand from collectors...

I noticed that in record stores in the UK store too! It can’t be a demand issue, as her vinyls sell well.

Fnac has a lot of Gaga physical copies of anything anytime I go

I mean minus the chromatica RSD release she's not done much indie store variants and most indie stores will only ever have limited stock of most albums except for new ones or guaranteed mass sellers like Swift.

Yeah I thought the same! It's odd that most shops always stock loads of Lana's vinyls, but not Gaga's

Oh I have to visit Fnac then!  Will see her live in Paris for the first time and I heard from my friends who all visited Paris that Fnac is insane and has a lot of fun stuff

For one the best artists this century, I would expect every single vinyl shop, independent or not, to stock her albums!

If it's general record store, then that's weird, maybe the stores there don't bother restocking?

I said general record stores cos some vinyl store can also only exclusively sells vinyl from certain genre as well. Just know what kinda store you are entering.
