Better they eat their beans and nuts than eat literal lead :messga:

But beans are always this weird combination of slimy and chalky :messga:

And nuts are pretty much the most expensive food group out there :messga:

I don't use protein powder either but I am/was planning on it once I restart my fitness journey :traumatica:

I stopped taking protein powders 6 years ago. If u eat propely u get more than enougn protein and its a waste of money

A proffessional athlete/body buulder may struggle to get their needs but the typical gym goer does not need that much protein

This.

I apparently have to get 170g of protein even when I am leaning. Like what the ****.

In my messy era.

Excuse you I love beans of all kinds :grr:

With you on nuts though, and they have a lot of fat so...healthy for sure but not THE healthiest. But it's like comparing the sugar you get from an apple to the sugar you get from a Snickers :traumatica:

Whimsical bitch

I mean, they literally provide a list of powders that are safe, so if you wanna keep using protein powders either just reference that list or do independent research about the one you use.

Not surprised.

We need to talk about the obsession with protein but what you really need to be obsessed with is FIBER as colon cancer is on a scary rise among younger people.

That's why i use Transparent Labs 100% grass-fed whey protein...

Those other brands use cheap fillers and additives that are totally useless and unhealthy

This is an increased problem now because those that are on GLP-1s for weight loss are encouraged to drink these shakes to maintain a healthy protein level as appetite is suppressed. Ozempie girlies be aware!

Is that why gym bros share the same levels of dumbassery as boomers who used to breath in leaded petrol in the 60s? :ladyhaha:
